It is a light-hearted read with funny scenes and a nice humour, but there are also some darker and sadder scenes – yes, some characters definitely need therapy. The writing style was fitting for the story and the reader has a lot of chances to figure some riddles out themselves and alongside the characters. I have to admit the setting is pretty unlikely, but it’s fiction and I loved the story. The plot in all the books was awesome, so many twists and turns you wouldn’t expect, riddles upon riddles and fast-paced – you simply don’t have a chance to get bored. Also, I think this is quite a unique idea, a girl inheriting billions from a stranger and having to deal with all the relatives. I have read each of the three books in nearly one sitting, because I couldn’t put them down. I have recently finished “The Final Gambit”, the last book in “The Inheritance Games” trilogy and yes, I loved it.
